Once your order is placed the production will commence immediately. As our products are made with care and high standards of quality we need to take 20 business days from commencement of production to dispatch. Refer to our Custom Orders page for more detailed information.

Once the order is placed no changes can be made to measurements, colors or designs.

There is no refund or replacement for our products unless there is evidence of a visible defect. 

• You need to send photos of the defects before returning the item
• Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only within 15 days from the delivery date.
• In the case of Returns/Replacement the buyer will be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs.
• The item must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new with tags attached.
• If you're not satisfied with your purchase we'll be happy to provide a voucher for your next purchase or gift. 
• Made to Measure & Full Customized Leathers are not refundable or replaceable.
• Worn items will not be accepted.

Once your order is placed it will take 20 business days including manufacture and shipping. You will receive updates during the process and tracking of your order. Delays can happen in transit or at the shipping dock, air, or rail hub because of congestion and longer turnaround times.
