4.1. Manufacture:

• Manufacturing times may vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Atomixrace is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

4.3. Shipping:

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount. We offer various shipping options, which will be detailed during the checkout process.

5.1. Return Policy:

• Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only within 15 days from the delivery date.
• In case of returns the shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new with tags attached.
• Only visible defective items will be replaced, provided photo evidence is provided prior to returning the item.

5.2. Custom Orders:

• Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or were incorrectly manufactured.
• Photos must be provided with evidence of defect prior to returning the product.

5.3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@atomixrace.com for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6.1. Warranty Coverage:

• Atomixrace products are warranted for a period 3-months. This covers defects in workmanship when used under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear nor damage from unintended use or neglect.

6.2. Warranty Claims:

• To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at support@atomixrace.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Atomixrace will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

7.1. Limitation of Liability:

• Atomixrace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7.2. Product Use:

• By purchasing Atomixrace products, you acknowledge that motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. Atomixrace is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the use of our products.
